InternationalClass 6–7

International DuraStar (4300/4400)

The medium-duty fleet standard for two decades.

Launched in February 2001 as the 4000 series, this line was International's first completely new truck since the 1979 S-series and was co-developed with Ford through the Blue Diamond Truck joint venture, assembled in Mexico. Carried over from its predecessors was the legendary DT466 diesel (rebranded MaxxForce DT for the 2008 model year); the range was renamed DuraStar in 2008 and ran until being replaced by the MV Series in 2018.
