Marketed by BYD as the world's first commercially available all-electric Class 6 truck, the 6F is a 23,600 lb GVWR cab-and-chassis built in Lancaster, California and driven by a 180 kW (241 hp) motor. Its lithium iron phosphate battery pack delivers up to 186 miles (300 km) on a single charge, enough to run a full medium-duty delivery day before recharging.
