Ordering on partsnow.ai is a normal e-commerce checkout — no account required — with one nice twist: if you're near Knoxville, TN, you can skip shipping entirely and pick your parts up for free.
Here's the whole flow, from Add to Cart to what happens after you pay.
Add to cart and review
Hit Add to Cart on the product page. The cart shows each item with its dealer, quantity controls and line price, next to an Order Summary with subtotal, shipping and estimated tax (final tax is confirmed at checkout from your delivery address).
Choose delivery: pickup or ship
Two options, picked right in the cart:
- Free pickup — at the warehouse, 2607 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, TN 37921. Orders are typically ready in 1-2 business days, and pickup is always free.
- Ship to me — nationwide shipping with real-time rates from UPS, USPS and FedEx, so you see the actual cost before paying.
Pay your way
Checkout is secure SSL, powered by Stripe, and takes Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and fleet cards. Business customers of the partner dealers (Knox Trailers, Post Onsite, KP Services Crossville) can sign in and bill the order to their account with end-of-month billing instead of paying per order — if that's you, use the sign-in banner at the top of the site.
