The PartsNow app puts the whole platform in your pocket — with a few tricks the website doesn't have, like live video sessions with Mike and one-tap part scanning with your phone's camera.

The home screen: three ways to get help
Right at the top you get the search bar (part #, name or vehicle) and three big buttons:
- Mike Live — start a live video session; point your camera and Mike diagnoses what he sees.
- Scan a part — snap a photo of a part to identify it.
- Ask Mike — text chat with your parts guy.
Below that, Popular parts with prices you can add to the cart in one tap.
Search and browse
The Search tab covers the full catalog by category — Brakes, Air System, Filters, Electrical & Lighting, Engine, Suspension & Steering, Cooling System, Hydraulics, Trailer Parts, Fuel System — plus popular searches like brake chamber or slack adjuster. Product pages show the price, stock status, SKU and dealer, with Add to cart one thumb away.
Chat with Mike anywhere
The Ask Mike chat works like texting a parts counter that never closes: "Brake chamber for a 2019 Pete 579", "Cross this part number", "Oil filter for an X15". He answers with real parts and prices from the catalog.
Checkout, same as the web
The Cart and Account tabs mirror the website: secure card checkout, nationwide shipping or free pickup in Knoxville, TN, 30-day returns. Your account syncs across app and web, so a truck you save on one shows up on the other.
