Mitsubishi Fuso FG 4x4

The go-anywhere four-wheel-drive cabover.

The FG 4x4 was the only cab-over-engine four-wheel-drive truck sold in North America, where every rival 4x4 from Ford, GM, Ram, Nissan and Toyota used a conventional protruding-nose cab. That flat-front layout gave it a remarkably tight 44.2-foot turning circle (versus about 51.2 feet for a Ford F-450) on a 15,050-lb GVWR chassis powered by a 161-hp 4P10 turbodiesel making 295 lb-ft of torque; Fuso discontinued the model around 2019.
