Lion Electric Lion6

Purpose-built Class 6 electric.

A Class 6 urban truck built 100% electric from the ground up rather than retrofitted from a diesel glider, the Lion6 ran on six modular 42-kWh BMW battery packs (252 kWh total) good for about 200 miles, with the modular pack design letting fleets spec fewer packs for shorter routes; it made roughly 335 hp and 1,800 lb-ft of torque at 26,000 lb GVWR. Quebec-based Lion Electric ended Lion6 (and Lion8) commercial-truck production in May 2025 to refocus entirely on its electric school buses.
