CapacityClass 8

Capacity Sabre

A DOT-rated spotter that can run the road, too.

Capacity unveiled the Sabre at the ATA's Technology & Maintenance Council meeting on February 16, 2015, pitching it as a spotter built to 'slash the cost of operations' and planning for it to phase out the long-running TJ5000. The Sabre debuted what Capacity calls the industry's first 110,000-PSI military-grade steel frame (claimed 13% greater Resisting Bending Moment) plus a SabreTuned seat-and-cab suspension, targeting warehouses and distribution centers with a GCWR up to 81,000 lbs.
